Project 857- January 3

My first Saturday post of 2015!! Here we go into another year..

We had a pretty uneventful Saturday.

The day started off with Chef Austin preparing fine cuisine for us.

 The headband was necessary, by the way..

Austin is starting to use his imagination a lot when he plays.. cooking food, running a cafe, serving our "orders" and saying things like "here ya go, Man.. " (he doesn't get that I'm "ma'am" and it comes out "man")

Owen just creeped on me the whole time..

Kid is a stalker and NEVER takes his eyes off me if I'm anywhere near him.

Obsessed much???

He's so cute, I don't mind.

Then we headed to Costco. I know.. Costco. On a Saturday. #smart

It wasn't that bad though, and Austin LOVES the free samples... (other than the yogurt. He loved yogurt as a baby and young toddler but something made him have a huge aversion to it now. He gags).

Owen was mad because he didn't get any samples.

 Not impressed guys, not impressed.

Later that afternoon Neal's friend Pat came over. We explained to Austin that Pat's legs were hurt and that he used a wheelchair to get around.

Sometimes the acceptance and maturity of my child amazes me. He just said "ok" and proceeded to make "Uncle" Pat play puzzles with him and look at all his trucks and share snacks with him.

If only adults were as accepting as kids...

Austin wore himself out and we put on a movie for us all to watch and he promptly passed out on the floor and didn't budge for a few hours.

Good little Saturday to kick off the new year!
